Key Project Objectives
The programme focuses on capacities, harmonized regulatory processes, community trust, vaccine delivery, and grant management strengthening.
Assess existing vaccine research and development capacities across four countries and identify effective interventions and partnership models to strengthen local ecosystems.
Analyse and propose strategies to strengthen and harmonize national and regional regulatory processes for vaccine development and deployment.
Identify the key determinants of vaccine hesitancy and misinformation and assess the effectiveness of communication and engagement strategies in fostering community trust.
Develop and evaluate strategies to optimize and strengthen local vaccine delivery capacity in remote settings.
Strengthen national and regional capacities for grant management through peer mentoring, joint training workshops, cross-country exchange visits, and harmonized monitoring, evaluation and learning tools.
